We supply products and equipment for the agreed cleaning service. There is currently no minimum booking requirement. Any specialist extras are identified in your quotation.

Only when stated in the agreed scope. Specify glass, frames, sills and tracks separately and confirm whether the inside, outside or both sides are included.
Can upstairs or conservatory windows be cleaned? +
Describe their position, height and obstacles. Access and the appropriate method need assessment; do not assume every upper window or roof pane is reachable.
Can cleaning remove misting between double-glazed panes? +
Moisture between panes is different from dirt on an accessible glass surface. Ordinary window cleaning cannot reach that space or repair a failed glazing seal.
How should I prepare for internal window cleaning? +
Clear fragile items from sills and provide access to the agreed windows. Tell the team about damaged fittings, coatings or security restrictions before the visit.
