Share your Dublin area and the work required so the price reflects the actual scope. Optional extras and specialist requirements should be listed before booking; a general enquiry does not confirm suitability, availability or a fixed price.
We supply products and equipment for the agreed cleaning service. There is currently no minimum booking requirement. Any specialist extras are identified in your quotation.

Can every stain be removed from a carpet? +
No. Results depend on the fibre, stain, time elapsed and previous treatment. Permanent colour change, wear or damage cannot be assumed to disappear. Explain the stain history before booking.
How long will carpets take to dry? +
Drying depends on the method, material, ventilation and conditions. Request guidance for the actual job and plan access accordingly; a single drying-time promise would be misleading.
Can rugs be cleaned in the same way as fitted carpets? +
Not always. Backing, fibre, dyes, construction and fringes can change the requirements. Provide dimensions and care labels and have each rug assessed separately.
Do I need to move furniture before carpet cleaning? +
Agree furniture responsibilities in advance. Remove small belongings and identify heavy items, fragile furniture and areas that will remain inaccessible so the quoted area is clear.
