THE RIGHT CLEAN FOR YOUR SPACE
Regular house cleaning is designed around the tasks that return each week or fortnight. A useful routine identifies the rooms, everyday priorities and access arrangements, with occasional detailed jobs kept separate. Household size, pets, working patterns and how the rooms are used all affect the brief. Start with a realistic core checklist, then discuss frequency and availability for your Dublin area.

PRACTICAL REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING GUIDE
Separate every-visit tasks from rotating priorities.
Kitchen surfaces, bathrooms and frequently used floors may form the core brief. Less frequent detail work can be listed as a separate priority rather than silently added to every visit. Keep a record of what is agreed so you can review the routine when household needs change.
Confirm the practical arrangements once.
We supply cleaning products and equipment, with no minimum booking requirement at present. Agree the visit scope, cleaner arrangements and how schedule changes are handled. Record keys, alarms, pets and restricted rooms. If the home needs substantial initial work, discuss a deep clean before starting a maintenance schedule.
Deep cleaning, oven interiors, carpets and upholstery are not automatically part of a recurring visit.
Explore house cleaning →BEFORE YOU BOOK
Consider household size, pets, room use and the cleaning you do between visits. Discuss the core tasks and preferred frequency together; availability and the actual work required determine the arrangement.
Not every home does. If there is substantial grease, limescale or accumulated dirt, an initial detailed clean may need a separate scope. Describe the starting condition before agreeing the maintenance checklist.
Cleaner continuity has to be confirmed by the business before booking. Ask how cover, holidays and changes are handled, and ensure your checklist and access instructions remain clear if personnel change.
Request specialist tasks separately. They can require different equipment, time or methods and should not be assumed to fit within the routine booking.
