Deep cleaning prices vary with property size, the level of build-up, access and the agreed extras. A brief description of the areas needing attention helps us quote for the work involved.
We supply products and equipment for the agreed cleaning service. There is currently no minimum booking requirement. Any specialist extras are identified in your quotation.
BEFORE THE VISIT
Remove loose items from priority surfaces. Flag fragile fittings and tell us whether the property is furnished or empty so we can plan access to the areas on your checklist.
We serve Dublin city centre, Terenure, Rathgar, Rathmines, Ranelagh, Kimmage, Crumlin, Templeogue, Rathfarnham, Churchtown, Dundrum, Stillorgan, Sandyford, Leopardstown, Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, Blackrock, Booterstown, Dún Laoghaire, Dalkey and Killiney. Other Dublin locations are available by arrangement. Include your area or Eircode so we can arrange a suitable appointment.

PRACTICAL DEEP CLEANING GUIDE
Choose the detail that matters.
In the kitchen, identify the worktops, splashback, cupboard fronts and appliance areas requiring attention. In bathrooms, list fittings, screens and accessible tiled surfaces. For bedrooms and living rooms, flag skirting boards, reachable edges and floors. These are areas to discuss, not an automatic promise that every item is included.
Make the result and limitations clear.
Cleaning cannot repair damaged finishes, renew worn sealant or guarantee removal of every stain. Appliance interiors, specialist carpets and upholstery should appear separately in the agreed scope. If dust comes from recent renovation work, choose after-builders cleaning so site readiness and residue are assessed correctly.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Regular cleaning maintains a recurring list of everyday tasks. A deep clean gives additional attention to agreed areas with accumulated dirt or detail work. The difference should be visible in the written checklist, not just the service name.
Only when those tasks are included in the quote. State whether cupboards will be empty and describe the appliance type and condition. Oven interiors and specialist fabric cleaning can need a separate service.
Room count, condition, accessibility and the detailed task list determine the work. Two homes of the same size can need different levels of cleaning. Provide photographs of problem areas if requested and compare quotes using the same inclusions.
Decide which surfaces need access and explain what furniture will remain. Clear loose belongings before the visit and agree any furniture-moving responsibilities. For a tenancy handover, use the move-out checklist and allow time before inspection.
