Does the service include builders’ waste removal? +
Rubble, tools, packaging and waste removal are not automatic inclusions. Confirm responsibility before the clean so the agreed surfaces and rooms can be accessed.
Can paint, adhesive or grout haze be removed? +
Suitability depends on the residue, surface and condition. Identify each problem before booking. A method that works on one material can damage another, so removal cannot be promised without assessment.
How is this different from a deep house clean? +
A deep clean addresses accumulated household dirt and detail work. After-builders cleaning concerns renovation dust, new finishes, site readiness and possible construction residue. Those differences should shape the checklist and quote.
