Your deck and patio cleaning quote is based on material type, area size, surface condition, furniture and access. Share your Dublin area and the work required so the price reflects the actual scope. Optional extras and specialist requirements should be listed before booking; a general enquiry does not confirm suitability, availability or a fixed price.
We supply products and equipment for the agreed cleaning service. There is currently no minimum booking requirement. Any specialist extras are identified in your quotation.

Clear pots and furniture where practical and flag delicate planting. Ask about aftercare and when the surface can be used again. Cleaning cannot reverse rot, cracks or other structural wear.

Planning deck and patio cleaning in Dublin
Look beyond the main surface.
List the patio or deck dimensions, steps, edges, furniture and planters. Explain how equipment can reach the area and where drainage leads. If the surface has been sealed, painted or stained, share that history and any manufacturer guidance available.
Plan the work that follows cleaning.
Moving heavy pots, replacing jointing material, treating timber, sealing paving and repairing boards should be discussed individually. Confirm aftercare and when the area can be used based on the actual process. A surface with wear or damage may look cleaner without looking new.

Can timber and composite decking be cleaned the same way? +
Do not assume so. Materials, coatings and manufacturer instructions can differ. Identify the decking and condition so a suitable method can be assessed.
Does patio cleaning include removing weeds and replacing sand? +
Specify vegetation, joints and re-sanding as separate requirements. A general cleaning quote should not be read as including repairs, joint replacement or all vegetation work.
Should furniture and planters be moved first? +
Agree who moves each item before the visit. Heavy planters, fragile furniture and fixed structures can restrict access and affect which areas can be included.
Will cleaning make old paving look new? +
Cleaning can address suitable surface dirt, but wear, fading, damage and some stains may remain. Describe the outcome you want and discuss realistic limitations before booking.
